| Susan Bomstad has been serving Montana APCO since 1972. She has served diligently in the role of Secretary/Treasurer for many years. She was elected President in 2005, being re-elected in 2009. Susan has worked for Missoula 9-1-1 for the past 25 years. Susan has co-chaired the last four conferences in Montana. Susan is currently the Assistant Manager for Missoula 9-1-1. Susan sits on the National APCO Professional Communications Human Resource Taskforce (Pro-CHRT) for her tireless work on the 20-year retirement issue for Dispatchers. | Kimberly Burdick is the Communications Manager for the Chouteau County Sheriffs Office. Her roots in dispatching, beginning in 1989. She has been a member of APCO since 1997 and appointed as the National Executive Council Representative for Montana in 2004, being re-elected in 2009. She has been passionate about Public Safety devoting her time and career serving the Montana APCO Chapter and National APCO. She's served on the Member and Chapter Services Committee since 2003, Call Center Standards Committee since 2006 and is also on Pro-CHRT, NJTI, TERT State Coordinator, and was recently elected to the Finance and Budget Committee. | Peggy Glass Peggy Glass was elected Secretary/Treasurer for the Montana APCO Chapter in 2009. She has been dispatching in Park County for 29 1/2 years and was promoted to 9-1-1 Director in 2003. | Jason Ledford has been with the Great Falls/Cascade County 9-1-1 Center since January, 2002. He has been an active member of APCO since 2007, serving on the Conference Committee and as Assistant State Coordinator of the TERT Program. He has three children.
