This year’s Training forum is a team effort, combining both the Montana APCO and NENA chapters!

Next Generation 911

As Montana moves towards NG911, our 911 Community needs to prepare. We are planning on making this a focus for this years’ Training Forum.

Persistence/Wellness

Come join us and learn about maintaining good physical and mental health and wellness for those working in the 911 profession. We’ll also provide the latest EMD protocol updates, and well as other operational topics.

Author: Dispatcher Stress: 50 Lessons on Beating the Burnout and People Driven Leadership: How the Best 9-1-1 Centers Inspire Positive Change. Adam will be available to sign his books on Wednesday during the conference.

We are very excited to host Key Note and Session Speaker Adam Timm, from the Healthy Dispatcher
