Vendor Schedule & Hotel Information for Montana APCO Conference:

Tuesday, October 18th –

1:30 PM - Vendors’ setup begins

3:30pm - 5:30pm - The exhibit hall will be open to spend some exclusive time with attendees

Wednesday October 19th – The vendor floor will be open

12pm – 1:30pm – Lunch in Banquet Hall.  All vendors are invited to join everyone for lunch.  Vendor give-away and prize drawings will be held during lunch on Wed.

1:30PM - Booth take-down (Times are subject to change, updates will be sent per any schedule changes.

 Hotel reservations – Reservations must be made directly with the Heritage Inn- (406) 761-1900 (deadline is September 26th).  Conference rates (Gov.) are $89, and includes a double queen room.  Items can be shipped directly to the hotel, labeled with your name & care of “MT APCO Conference”
